Acquisition Extends Autodesk's Leadership in Structural Engineering

SAN RAFAEL, Calif., November 15, 2007 — Autodesk, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADSK) today announced its intent to acquire Robobat, a privately held company based in Grenoble, France that specializes in analysis, design, and steel and concrete detailing software for the structural engineering industry.
Seminars were organized by Nikkei BP – the AEC professional publications, on 28/09/2007 in TOKYO and on 05/10/2007 in OSAKA. Over 300 people joined each event - architects, engineers, corporate managers, developers, building owners and all engaged in building industry.
