Structure calculations

Graphic viewer:
  •  Windows Vista – the ”Aero” mode switched off automatically during the time the program is working
  •  “Disappearing” texts restored in particular situations, e.g. after activating an animation of displacements, after changing the size of window with the opened dialog box of load case components.
  •  Possibility to select a dimension line by indicating it with the cursor.
Model generation:
  • Taking into account “lost” contour loads with automatic panel selection when orientations of the contour and the panel are opposite.
  • Correction of an unjustified increment in numbering of elements while updating a structure (created with the use of the COM interface).
  •  Correct definition of the label for imperfections defined by values specified by the user.
  •  Correction of the definition of an elastic support (KZ value) for imperial units.
Calculations:
  •  Removal of “error 5000” when Sturm check is switched on, for particular tasks
  •  Correction of the sum of forces and reactions for models including rigid links and releases modeled by means of DSC elements.
Results for bars: Selection is preserved when opening a new window with results in the form of maps on bars.
  • Display of diagrams of sectional forces for tension bars when the combination filter is on.
  •  Removal of the error on refreshing the table with results of stresses at characteristic points.

RC calculations

General:
  •  Improvement of display of reinforcing bars.
  •  Possibility to change a level name in the Inspector dialog box
Beam calculations:
  •  Implementation of the warning that the admissible area of longitudinal reinforcement is exceeded.
  •   Correction of a drawing of antishrinkage reinforcement.
  •   Correction of the self-weight of T-beams imported from CBS Pro.
Spread footing calculations:
  •  Forcing the coordination of dimensions when changing tabs in dialog boxes for definition of a spread footing.
Continuous footing calculations:
  •  Implementation of the message about the uplift of a continuous footing from the ground.
  •  Return to the definition of spans resulting from the geometry of a wall that rests on the continuous footing, and not from the division of a wall into finite elements.
  • Corrections of reinforcement resulting from BAEL requirements (number of bars, lap splice lengths)
Slab calculations:
  •  Removal of the error of the slab wizard if the user has no right to use ROBOT OS.
  •  Taking automatically into account the self-weight for slabs defined by means of the wizard.
  • Corrections of verification and reinforcement of zones.
RC member calculations:
  • Taking into account the reinforcement against torsion in the resultant longitudinal reinforcement.

Steel calculations

Steel member design:
  • Possibility to verify tension bars.
  • Corrections and supplements to calculations according to EC3, EU5F.
Connection design:
  • Detailed corrections of verifying calculations according to EC3, PN and CM66
