These measures include the signing of an exclusive Contract for ADAPT’s International office in India to distribute Robobat products to their markets, including the world renowned Robot Millennium structural analysis and design software. The Agreement will also result in the future release of a closely integrated link between Robot Millennium and the ADAPT–Builder structural concrete design suite. Both companies also plan on entering into joint sales and marketing initiatives of their integrated software in selected international markets.
